欧洲总算为香港做出了一件正确的事情，早就该这么做了，当一国两制成为历史，香港沦为中共领导下的一个特区，还有什么资格享受文明世界的特权，只是苦了那些还坚守的香港人，香港不会再现昔日的荣光，除非中共那一天寿终正寝，中国人可以选择文明世界的政治模式抑或文明世界接纳认可的政治模式，不然的话，只能任由香港在中共统治下，失去活力失去魅力。

Europe has finally done the right thing for Hong Kong. It should have done so long ago. When "one country, two systems" becomes history and Hong Kong becomes a special administrative region under the leadership of the Chinese Communist Party, what qualifications does it have to enjoy the privileges of the civilized world? It will only bring hardship to those Hong Kong people who are still holding on. Hong Kong will never regain its former glory unless the Chinese Communist Party dies one day and the Chinese people can choose the political model of the civilized world or the political model accepted and recognized by the civilized world. Otherwise, Hong Kong can only lose its vitality and charm under the rule of the Chinese Communist Party.
