我们的慈父王拴柱老人于2024年4月28日突然辞世。他老人家最后的遗憾是未能取回2010年5月5日赛汗分局冯志明在办理杜文案件中错误扣押他的101枚银元。这101枚银元是父亲的父亲给他留下的唯一遗物。在发现错误扣押后，有关部门2012年11月29日决定将这些银元返还给老人。但是当时因为老人发现部分银元被调包而拒收，我将返还清单在这里出示。这些年来，老人一直要求赛罕分局能够按照当时扣押时的照片和录像返还我们，但始终未能如愿，直到今天猝然辞世。作为至亲我们想满足老人最后的遗愿，也不想再在这件事上纠缠。老人计划4月30日遗体告别，我们请求你们，能够29日将该遗物返还我们。以便我们带到老人家遗体前，让他能够安心地离开这个世界。我们现在人在欧洲无法返回，我们的委托律师可以接收。

These silver dollars were the only heirloom left by his father. After discovering the wrongful seizure, the authorities decided on November 29, 2012, to return the silver dollars to him, but he refused to accept them at the time because he found that some had been swapped. Here is the list of the returned items.
