Top: Putin and Hungarian prime-minister Viktor Orbán have met in China on 17th October for the first time since Russia launched a full-scale attack on Ukraine. He assured Putin that he wants to develop economic cooperation with Russia and does not support sanctions against Moscow.
(By the way, Orban's latest visit to Moscow was several days prior to Putin making the decision to attack Ukraine).
